Start early and price to move

Begin listing three to four weeks before you leave. Buyers know a mover is on a deadline, so price a little below what similar items are going for and be upfront that everything must go. Check current furniture and appliance listings to set a realistic figure.

Photograph each item well

Bundle and stagger
